As a member of the TeleSupport Solutions Virtual Call Center team you are classified as an Independent Contractor, not an employee of TeleSupport Solutions. Because of this classification you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year, not a W2. If you are unfamiliar with what this means please be sure to do your research on the difference before you apply.

Signing up to be a part of our team grants you access to systems and clients at your fingertips. To provide this service and resources TeleSupport Solutions charges an administrative fee of $54.95 bi-weekly which will be deducted from your pay. This fee covers clients and contracts, payroll, direct deposits, tech support and 24/7 customer service for you as an agent.

Please also note that the states of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Washington, Indiana and Wisconsin do not allow Independent Contractors to work from home or remotely. If you agree to joining our team as an Independent Contractor, you do not reside in one of the aforementioned states, and you are 18 years of age or older, and you agree to our administrative fee please proceed.
